1. Introduction Welcome to PlayVerified(TM), a digital platform designed to help students showcase their talents, access scholarships, and connect with opportunity. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Our tools are intended for students, parents, and educators seeking support in the recruiting, scholarship, or goal-setting process. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Digital Product Access Upon purchase, users receive immediate access to our digital resources, toolkits, AI-powered features, and verified profile tools.

These resources are non-transferable and for personal use only.

4. Subscription Terms PlayVerified(TM) offers monthly and annual subscription options. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

5. Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days. Refunds are not issued after 7 days due to the digital nature of our products. No refunds are provided for monthly renewals. Annual subscribers may cancel at any time but are only eligible for a refund within the first 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and digital materials within PlayVerified(TM) are the property of the PlayVerified(TM) team and may not be copied, redistributed, or repurposed without written consent.

7. User Conduct Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or engage in any activity that disrupts or negatively impacts other users or the system.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without refund if these terms are violated, or if misuse or fraud is suspected.
